Description：α-Conotoxin MI是從海螺 Conus Imperialis 的毒液中分離出來(lái)，是由14個(gè)氨基酸組成的環(huán)狀多肽，具有兩對(duì)交叉的二硫鍵。芋螺毒素是煙堿型乙酰膽堿受體的配體。α-Conotoxin MI對(duì)青蛙的神經(jīng)肌肉受體具有高度活性，但在小鼠中卻沒有。
α- Conotoxin MI is a cyclic peptide composed of 14 amino acids and isolated from the venom of the conch Conus Imperialis, which has two pairs of crossed disulfide bonds. Conotoxins are ligands of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. α- Conotoxin MI has high activity on neuromuscular receptors in frogs, but not in mice.
