Description：Leupeptin 是一種蛋白酶抑制劑多肽，是一條由三個氨基酸組成的醛肽，會強烈抑制胰蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、纖溶酶、血栓激酶、激肽釋放酶和組織蛋白酶 B。半數(shù)抑制濃度范圍為 0.5 至 75 μg/ml，具體取決于酶和底物。 亮肽素不抑制胰凝乳蛋白酶、彈性蛋白酶、腎素或胃蛋白酶。
Leupentin is a protease inhibitor peptide, an aldehyde peptide composed of three amino acids that strongly inhibits trypsin, papain, plasmin, thrombokinase, kallikrein, and cathepsin B. The median maximum inhibitory concentration range is 0.5 to 75 μ G/ml, depending on the enzyme and substrate. Leucopeptin does not inhibit chymotrypsin, elastase, renin, or pepsin.
