The N-terminal Dabcyl acid of the peptide chain and the C-terminal Edans of the peptide chain will undergo fluorescence quenching, but the two fluorescents will undergo color reaction alone. It is one of the raw materials for the detection of novel coronavirus and the main protease for the detection of novel coronavirus, 3C like Proteinase (3CLPro).
