BeKm 1 is an effective selective KV1.1 (hERG) channel blocker peptide. It is a peptide composed of 36 amino acids, containing three pairs of disulfide bonds, and has a long half-life. The selectivity of BeKm 1 to KV11.1 was more than 14 other potassium channels, and the QTc interval of isolated rabbit heart was prolonged in a dose-dependent manner. For solid phase synthesis, such multiple strips have high difficulty.
