體外研究(In Vitro)
體外研究活性

IWP-2在再生醫(yī)學(xué)和抗癌方面都非常有效。IWP-2使Porcn失活, Porcn是一種與O-?;D(zhuǎn)移酶(MBOAT)結(jié)合的膜,且選擇性抑制Wnt棕櫚酰化。IWP-2抑制Lrp6受體和Dvl2發(fā)生Wnt依賴性的磷酸化,也抑制β-catenin累積。[1]
