體外研究活性

Mitomycin C,通過誘導(dǎo)DNA鏈間交聯(lián),物理性阻斷DNA復(fù)制,重組和RNA轉(zhuǎn)錄。[1] Mitomycin C增強(qiáng)TRAIL-誘導(dǎo)的HCT116 (p53-/-)結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞的凋亡,并通過死亡受體不依賴于JNK的上調(diào)使耐TRAIL的結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞HT-29對細(xì)胞因子敏感。[2]在不同的人癌癥細(xì)胞系中,如OVCAR-5 (卵巢),HT-29 (結(jié)腸),SK-N-MC (成神經(jīng)細(xì)胞瘤),HEP-2 (肝臟),COLO-205 (結(jié)腸),NIH-OVCAR-3 (卵巢)和A-549 (肺),Mitomycin C表現(xiàn)出細(xì)胞毒性。[3]
