體外研究活性 | Quercetin是一種基于植物的化學(xué)品或植物化學(xué)物質(zhì),被認(rèn)為是存在于水果,蔬菜,樹葉和谷物中的黃酮醇和一種源于植物的黃酮類化合物。它也可能被用作補品、飲料和食物的配料。在幾項研究中,它可能具有抗炎和抗氧化特性,對它廣泛潛在的健康益處也正處于研究中。Quercetin (Sophoretin)是一種PI3K抑制劑,IC50為2.4 – 5.4 μM。它能強有力的使PI3K 和Src激酶失效,適度抑制Akt1/2,并輕微影響PKC,p38和ERK1/2。[1] Quercetin抑制TNF誘導(dǎo)的LDH%釋放,EC依賴性中性粒細胞對牛肺動脈血管內(nèi)皮細胞(BPAEC) 的粘附,BPAEC 的DNA合成以及細胞增殖。[2] |
