Lentinan is an orally active biocompatible multifunctional polysaccharide with biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immune regulation, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, and lipid-lowering[1][4].
體外研究
(In Vitro)

Lentinan (100 μg/mL, 6 h) 通過激活 Nrf2 信號通路抑制氧化應(yīng)激并減輕 LPS 誘導(dǎo)的牛乳腺上皮細(xì)胞炎癥和凋亡[1]。
Lentinan (0-200 μM, 24 h) 降低肺腺癌細(xì)胞系 H1299 和 H460 的增殖、遷移、侵襲和細(xì)胞干性并促進(jìn)細(xì)胞凋亡[4]。

Lentinan (5, 10, 20 mg/kg; 1 天 1 次; 5 天; 口服) 通過調(diào)節(jié) TLR4/MyD88 信號通路抑制炎癥反應(yīng)在 ICR 小鼠中發(fā)揮抗流感作用[2]。
Lentinan (40, 100, 250 mg/kg; 1 天 1 次; 5 天; 腹腔注射) 通過減弱 Erk-FoxO1 信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)抑制調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細(xì)胞功能來改善燒傷小鼠膿毒癥[3]。
Lentinan (100 μM, 200 μL; 1 天 1 次; 皮下注射) 通過抑制 JAK2/STAT3 信號通路上調(diào) miR-216a-5p 來減緩小鼠肺腺癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展[4]。
