sn-Glycero-3-phosphocholine (Choline Alfoscerate) is a precursor in the biosynthesis of brain phospholipids and increases the bioavailability of choline in nervous tissue. sn-Glycero-3-phosphocholine (Choline Alfoscerate) has significant effects on cognitive function with a good safety profile and tolerability, and is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and dementia[1][2].

癲癇發(fā)作后用 sn-Glycero-3-phosphocholine (Choline Alfoscerate) (250 mg/kg；im；每日一次，持續(xù) 3 周) 處理可改善癲癇發(fā)作引起的認知障礙[2]。
sn-Glycero-3-phosphocholine (Choline Alfoscerate) 增加大鼠海馬中乙酰膽堿的釋放，促進實驗動物的學(xué)習(xí)和記憶，改善大腦轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)機制并減少大鼠大腦中涉及學(xué)習(xí)和記憶的區(qū)域發(fā)生的年齡依賴性結(jié)構(gòu)變化[3]。

  • 方案 一

    請依序添加每種溶劑： 10% DMSO    40% PEG300    5% Tween-80    45% Saline

    Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (8.09 mM); 澄清溶液

    此方案可獲得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL（飽和度未知）的澄清溶液。
