生物活性

Human serum albumin (HSA) is the most abundant protein in plasma and is a major determinant of plasma oncotic pressure. Human serum albumin exhibits antioxidant, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet aggregation activities as well as colloid osmotic action. Human serum albumin can block the inhibitory effect of GML on human T cells, providing protective function for T cells. Human serum albumin is also associated with cardiovascular diseases and can partially prevent the LPS (HY-D1056) induced oxidative stress, as well as the upregulation of NF-κB, NF-κB, and peroxynitrite (ONOO?) in the vascular wall, contributing to the reduction of blood pressure[1][2][3].

Human serum albumin (5 μM, 0-90 分鐘) 能與 Glycerol monolaurate (GML) 結(jié)合，Kd 值為 1.4 μM。HSA 可以阻止 GML 抑制人類 T 細胞的能力，實現(xiàn)對 T 細胞功能的保護[3]。
Human serum albumin (0.01, 0.05, 0.1μM, 0-24 小時) 能緩解 GML 誘導的 AKT 在蘇氨酸 308 和絲氨酸 473 位點的磷酸化以及 LAT、PLC-γ1 和 AKT 微集團形成，并在 GML 處理的細胞中恢復 IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-10 和 TNF-α 的產(chǎn)生[3]。

Human serum albumin (10 ml/kg; 靜脈注射; 1 小時和 5 小時, 2 次) 在 Male Swiss 小鼠模型中能完全防止了由內(nèi)毒素誘導的對酚兒茶酚胺的血管反應減弱、肌電張力以及內(nèi)皮功能障礙，并且減少導致氧化和亞硝態(tài)應激以及血管反應性減弱的炎癥過程[4]。

Administration: HSA: Intravenous injection; LPS: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 50 mg/kg
Result: Prevented LPS-induced tissue NO overproduction and increased iNOS expression.
Was effective in reducing LPS-induced oxidative stress.
Alleviated this LPS-induced oxidative stress and inhibited the formation of peroxynitrite (ONOO?).
Reduced LPS-induced upregulation of NF-κB.
