?   Bgl II 是經(jīng)過基因工程重組的快速限制性內(nèi)切酶，適用于質(zhì)粒 DNA、PCR 產(chǎn)物或基因組 DNA 等的快速酶切。本產(chǎn)品含通用的 Buffer 和 Color Buffer，其中 Color Buffer 含紅色和黃色示蹤染料，酶切產(chǎn)物可直接用于凝膠電泳。Color Buffer 的紅色染料與 2500 bp 雙鏈 DNA 片段在 1% 瓊脂糖凝膠中遷移速率接近；黃色染料與 10 bp 雙鏈 DNA 片段在 1% 瓊脂糖凝膠中遷移速率接近。
