Curcumin-β-D-glucuronide is a major metabolite after oral intake of Curcumin in hepatic tissue and portal blood. Curcumin-β-D-glucuronide can be used for the research of colon cancer[1][2].

姜黃素-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷 (90 mg/kg；每周腹腔注射三次，持續(xù) 3 周) 對 KRASm/TP53w HCT116 異種移植模型[1] 表現(xiàn)出有效的抗腫瘤作用。

Animal Model: Female BALB/c/AnNCr j‐nu/nude mice (6 weeks) were transplanted KRASm/TP53w HCT116 cells[1]
Dosage: 90 mg/kg
Administration: I.p. thrice a week for 3 weeks
Result: Suppressed tumor growth by 38%.
Did not show a negative impact on body weight.
Attenuated NF‐κB activity.
