ML162 (8 μM；24 hours) 處理增加 p62 和 Nrf2 在化學(xué)耐藥 HN3R 和 HN3-rslR 細(xì)胞中的表達，使 Keap1 失活，并增加phospho-PERK-ATF4-SESN2通路[2]。
