Calpeptin

體內(nèi)研究活性 在貓科動物的右心室(RV) PO (RVPO)模型中，calpeptin (0.6 mg/kg, i.v.)阻斷calpain和caspase-3的激活與其底物的裂解，以及心肌細(xì)胞的程序性死亡。[4]在大鼠局部腦缺血再灌注模型中，Calpeptin通過抑制Caspase-3的表達(dá)減少海馬CA1區(qū)的神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞凋亡。[5]
