General tips | We do not recommend long-term storage for the solution, please use it up soon. |
Cell experiment [1]: | |
Cell lines |
HEK293 cell |
Preparation method |
The solubility of this compound in H2O?is ≥8.7 mg/mL. General tips for obtaining a higher concentration: Please warm the tube at 37 ℃ for 10 minutes and/or shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20℃ for several months. |
Reacting condition |
1mM |
Applications |
HEK293 cells absorbed Cephalexin, showing saturation kinetics, K (m) = 5.9 mM, and the maximum absorption value at pH 7.0 in the bell-shaped pH profile. |
Animal experiment [1]: | |
Animal models |
Mate1(-/-) mice |
Dosage form |
5mg/kg, intragastrical administration |
Application |
After Cephalexin treatment, the plasma concentration of Mate1 (-/-) mutant mice was reduced compared to the control group. |
Other notes |
Please test the solubility of all compounds indoor, and the actual solubility may slightly differ with the theoretical value. This is caused by an experimental system error and it is normal. |
