Animal experiment [1]: | |
Animal models |
Dogs infected by oesophageal spirocercosis |
Dosage form |
0.5 mg/kg (p.o.),once daily for 42 days |
Application |
After 42 days, nodules in 13 dogs subsided. After another 42 days of treatment, 5 of the remaining 7 dogs eliminated nodules. In the remaining two dogs, treatment continued for another 42 days (a total of 126 days), which completely resolved the problem. No adverse events related to treatment were observed. This study concluded that doramectin at 0.5 mg / kg once a day was effective in eliminating Spirocerca lupi in dogs. |
Other notes |
Please test the solubility of all compounds indoor, and the actual solubility may slightly differ with the theoretical value. This is caused by an experimental system error and it is normal. |
