Reagents were suspended in a mixture of DME (3.4 mL) and DCM (0.8 mL). The vial was sealed and heated to 85 C for 16 h. Upon completion (with concomitant Boc deprotection) the reaction was cooled and concentrated. The residue was purified by Si02chromatography (MeOH/DCM gradient 0-15%) to afford the title compound (71.5 mg, 0.145 mmol, 35%) as a white solid. |
