After concentration under reduced pressure, the residue was dissolved in EtOAc (3 mL), washed with brine (2 x 3 mL), and dried over NA2S04. Concentration and chromatography on silica gel (EtOAc: Hexane = 1: 1) gave 5.2 mg of the desired product. Yield: 57%. 5.1.a 4-(3-cyclopentyloxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-1-{3-[(tetrahydrofuran-3- YLMETHYL) AMINOLPLIENYL-PYRROLIDIN-2-ONE MS MLZ : 451.2 (M + 1).
