Pd (PPh3)4 (0.048 g, 0.042 mmol) was the added and the reaction mixture again purged with argon for 10 min. The reaction mixture was heated at 100 C. for 2 h. The reaction mixture was then diluted with water and extracted with 10% MeOH/DCM. The combined extracts were dried over Na2SO4 and the solvent removed under reduced pressure to afford the crude product which was purified by column chromatography over silica gel to afford the title compound (0.120 g, 53.8%). LCMS: 531.30 (M+1)+; HPLC: 94.88% ( 254 nm) (Rt; 3.949; Method: Column: YMC ODS-A 150 mm*4.6 mm*5mu; Mobile Phase: A; 0.05% TFA in water/B; 0.05% TFA in acetonitrile; Inj. Vol: 10 muL, Col.
