With tea polyphenol oxidase; In aq. phosphate buffer; at 30℃; for 0.75h;pH 3.5;Enzymatic reaction; Weigh 75g of dihydromyricetin and epicatechin gallate, respectively.Dissolved in 15L of citrate-dibasic phosphate buffer at pH 3.5,Add a certain amount of tea polyphenol oxidase (addition amount is 2g/L),The ventilation was 30L/min and the reaction was carried out at 30 C for 45 minutes.Reheating quickly raises the temperature to 100 C to inactivate the polyphenol oxidase for 5 minutes.Stop the reaction.
