55% With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); cesium fluoride; In 1,4-dioxane; at 110℃; for 2h; 1 neck round bottom flask, <strong>[13438-50-1]3-bromo-fluoranthene</strong> (bromopluorantane) 47g (167.17 mmol), 4,4,5,5- tetramethyl-2- (2-nitrophenyl) -1,3,2- dioxa boro lane (4,4,5,5- tetrametyl-2- (2-nitrophenyl) -1,3,2-dioxaborolane) 45.8g (187.88mmol), Pd (PPh3) 4 19.2g (16.7 mmol), CsF 48.9g a mixture of (322.34 mmol) and 1,4-dioxane (1,4-dioxane) 1000ml was refluxed for 2 hours at 110 . The mixture was extracted with MC and the organic layer was dried with MgSO4. After silica gel filter out the precipitate in the MC / MeOH to give the title compound 2-1 (30g, 55percent) of a yellow solid.
