49.61% With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); caesium carbonate; In ethanol; toluene; at 130℃; for 1h;Microwave irradiation; 6-quinolin-3-yl-p razin-2-ylamine To a solution of 2-amino-6-chloro-pyrazine (0.3 g, 2.31 mmol) in toluene / ethanol (9:1 , 10 ml), quinoline-3-boronic acid pinacol ester (0.65 g, 2.54 mmol), tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (0.08 g, 0.069 mmol) and cesium carbonate (1.5 g, 4.60 mmol) are added, degassed briefly and irradiated in microwave at 130°C for an hour. The reaction mixture is passed through celite, washed with dichloromethane/methanol (1:1, 25 ml), the filtrate is concentrated and purified by silica column using (230-400) mesh to get the product as yellow solid (0.25 g, 49.61 percent); TLC: chloroform/methanol (9.5/0.5) Rf- 0.4; LCMS: Mass found (M+, 223.0) Method: A-0.1percent TFA in H2O, B-0.1percent TFA in ACN: Flow - 2.0 ml/min. Column: XBridge?8 (50 X 4.6 mm, 3.5 pm), +ve mode Rt (min): 1.67 area percent -99.35 (Max).
