REVIEW Quisinostat (JNJ-26481585) is a novel second-generation HDAC inhibitor of HDAC1,2,4,10 and 11. Its highest potency is against HDAC1 with an IC50 of 0.11 nM. It has only modest potency against HDACs 2, 4, 10, and 11 (IC50 ranging from 0.33 nM to 0.64 nM). It has low activity against HDACs 3, 5, 8, and 9 and its lowest potency is against HDACs 6 and 7.
