REVIEW MRS-2578 is a symmetric aryl diisothiocyanate derivative, which has been shown to be an inhibitor of P2Y receptors. It is a selective antagonist of P2Y6 nucleotide receptors that Inhibits agonist-induced cardiomyocyte contraction and UDP-induced phagocytosis.
