REVIEW Clorsulon is a specific, narrow-spectrum flukicide anthelmintic and endoparasiticide used on ruminants livestock. It is usually only available in combination with ivermectin. It inhibits enzymes in the glycolytic pathway, depressing ATP levels in target flukes.
