Product application

1. Improve the electrical properties and mechanical strength of EPDM, cross-linked polyethylene, and their polymers or resins filled with inorganic fillers. Especially in the wet state, its performance is more significant. It can be used as a surface treatment agent for clay and inorganic fillers containing silicon, and added by blending method.

2. Improve the mechanical strength of composite materials such as cross-linked, inorganic filler filled or reinforced polyester in dry and wet conditions. Siwin-V312 can reduce the moisture absorption, electrical properties, and mechanical strength of cross-linked polyester molding materials.

3. In the application of glass fiber, Siwin-V312 can improve the bonding strength between fiber monofilaments and resins such as polyester, and improve the performance of composite materials in wet conditions.

4. This product can also be copolymerized with various monomers to produce adhesives and sealing coatings with good moisture and heat resistance.

Packaging and storage

210L iron drum: 200kg/drum 1000L IBC drum: 1000kg/drum

Store in a cool and dry place, avoiding light, heat, and humid environments.

2. Packaging of materials

• For powders: normal is 25kgs/Drum or bag, or larger/smaller package as request.

• For liquids: normal 25kgs/drum, 180-300kgs/bucket, or IBC, determined by the nature of the product. 

                             Or smaller package 1kg/bottle, 10kgs/bottle as request.
