| 體內(nèi)活性 | Pretreatment with SSD114 hydrochloride significantly influences the onset and duration of loss of righting reflex (LORR) in mice. Statistical analysis reveals that SSD114 hydrochloride effectively reduces the onset of LORR [F(5,30)=4.55, P<0.005], with post hoc analysis demonstrating a notably quicker onset in mice pretreated with doses of 10 mg/kg or higher, compared to those treated with a vehicle. Furthermore, the duration of LORR is extended following pretreatment with SSD114 hydrochloride [F(5,30)=4.81, P<0.005], with post hoc analysis showing a significant increase in LORR duration in mice pretreated with 10 and 100 mg/kg doses when compared to vehicle-treated mice [1]. |
