Sodium Monochloro Acetate (SMCA) Applications:

SMCA is a versatile product used extensively in the manufacture of various Dyes, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals etc. thickening agents. Most reactions take advantage of the high reactivity of the C–Cl bond.
