Principle: PHA is a mitogen, which can stimulate T lymphocytes to transform into larger mother cells in vitro, generate nucleoli in the nucleus, and some cells divide

Plant polypeptides, i.e. the complex of oligosaccharides and proteins, are mainly composed of phytohemagglutinin PHA and lectin schizogen ConA
