| 體內(nèi)活性 | Palonosetron exhibits a longer plasma half-life of approximately 40 hours compared to other antagonists in its class (ondansetron, 4 hours; tropisetron, 7.3 hours; dolasetron, 7.5 hours; ranisetron, 8.9 hours). Additionally, it demonstrates a hundredfold greater binding affinity to the 5-HT3 receptor, with a pKi of 10.5, which is significantly higher than that of granisetron (pKi 8.91), tropisetron (pKi 8.81), ondansetron (pKi 8.39), and dolasetron (pKi 7.6). |
