Description: Milonafil is only approved in South Korea for the treatment of ED, with a peak plasma concentration (Tmax) of 1.25 hours and a half-life of 2.5 hours. Milonafil is available in 50mg and 100mg doses, with side effects up to 53.7%, which are mild or systemic side effects. The most common side effects are headache (1.8-14.8%) and flushing (6Chemicalbook.7-24.1%). Milonafil is better tolerated than other PDE5Is. For ED combined with hypertension or ED combined with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and ED combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), antihypertensive drugs or α1-blockers should be used, and the simultaneous use of milonafil is also safe, effective and well tolerated.
