Description

ChangFu? SP- MP29 is a special type of siloxane oligomer with methyl and phenyl functional groups. Combining the dual characteristics of organic polymer and inorganic substance, it has unique physical and chemical properties. With excellent high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and moisture resistance properties, it mainly serves in electronic components, heat resistance and high-temperature resistant coatings.

Application

• ChangFu? SP-MP29 can be used as an excellent coating additive in heat resistance and high-temperature resistant coatings. It is compatible with various fillers and resins, can improve the stability of coatings.

• ChangFu? SP-MP29 can be used as a chemical auxiliary agent for the production of electrical appliances and electronic components, sealing of transformer coils or transistors.

• ChangFu? SP-MP29 can be used as a primer with a temperature resistance of up to 300℃. The transparent and glossy layer does not turn yellow or crack, with up to 7H hardness. 

• ChangFu? SP-MP29 can be used as an adhesion promoter to improve the adhesion and compatibility for polymer-based sealant and adhesives, especially suitable for solvent-based systems.

• Usage suggestion: Apply a thin coating by rolling or pressing. Following application, the surface of the resin film reacts and atomizes. Leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes, and the coating will turn translucent. Place it in an oven to cure.
