Maltitol is a liquid product made from maltose syrup through the processes of hydrogenation reaction, followed by filtration, separation refining, evaporation and concentration.

Product feature:
Maltitol is a sugar alcohol that has 75-90% of the sweetness of sucrose and other properties are similar to sucrose, but its caloric value is half of sucrose, it is less likely to cause dental decay and has less effect on blood sugar and blood lipids.
