| 體內活性 | Pre-treatment period for oral Furnidipine doses (1, 5, or 10 mg/kg) was 1 h, whereas for the intravenous Furnidipine ones (1.25, 2.5, 5, or 10 microg/kg) was 10 min. After both routes of administration, significant protective effects of furnidipine on creatine kinase release were observed after the two lowest doses only. In contrast, its higher dosages were more effective in preventing re-perfusion-induced mortality, arrhythmias and hypotensive episodes, and for transiently lowering arterial blood pressure before initiation of ischemia.[1] |
