| 體內活性 | At therapeutic concentrations, Dirithromycin enhances the production of IL1β in cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharides, with increases of +37% and +28% at 1 μg/mL. At supra-therapeutic concentrations, Dirithromycin inhibits IL1β through the inhibition of protein kinase C; the concentration of Dirithromycin when 50% inhibition is achieved is 378 mg/mL, while for Spiramycin it is 234 mg/mL. |
