| 體內活性 | Oral administration of Atogepant to rats (at doses of 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg, respectively) once daily for 9 days showed that Atogepant effectively attenuated the abnormal facial pain induced by nitroglycerin and ameliorated the capsaicin-induced vasodilation of primate dermis in rats.[2] |
