Applications
ChangFu? DPHK33 can be used as an excellent UV blocking agent in optically clear coatings for windows or glass external surfaces. The coated windows or glass panels will provide enough optical absorption to make their surfaces visible to birds while also deterring birds from flying toward them.
ChangFu? DPHK33 can be used to produce wear-resistant and extremely stable rubber for tires by functionalizing the fiber surface and forming chemical bonds with modified rubber to build a dense network structure, increasing rubber density. At the same time, it allows rubber to filter UV rays and offers an anti-light aging effect.
ChangFu? DPHK33 can be used as a surface treatment agent for degradable stone plastic masterbatch, improving polymer compatibility with inorganic fillers, promoting photocatalytic activity in materials, and efficiently increasing biodegradability.
ChangFu? DPHK33 can be used to modify calcium carbonate, create polyolefin microporous membranes acting as a separator in lithium batteries. Calcium carbonate, which has improved compatibility and dispersibility, can be utilized as a pore formation agent to generate uniform micropores, eliminating the fault of difficult stretching following membrane cross-linking in the later stages and substantially enhancing ion conductivity.
ChangFu? DPHK33 can be used in fabric finishing to block photochemical processes, considerably increase light and sun resistance in materials or fabrics and prevent aging degradation and extend material service life.
