SGN-2FF 是一種有效的，具有口服活性的巖藻糖基化抑制劑，抑制巖藻糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶 (fucosyltransferase) 的活性，具有抗腫瘤活性。
Fucosyltransferase
SGN-2FF (2-Fluorofucose) is an inhibitor of fucosylation, inhibits cellular fucosylation by depleting the fucosylation substrate GDP-fucose, and by direct inhibition of fucosyltransferases, and leads to the production of afucosylated glycoproteins including antibodies. SGN-2FF activates human T cells in an antigen-dependent manner.
SGN-2FF exhibits antitumor activity in multiple mouse tumor models, showing substantial tumor growth delay. SGN-2FF elevates the protective effect of a lymphoma vaccine in a syngeneic mouse model.
