Guanylurea phosphate (GUP), which is synthesized with dicyandiamide and phosphoric acid (PA), was shown to be highly effective as a fire retardant in wood to resist combustion and smoke release. Nitrogen phosphorus boron flame retardant is the main flow of current wood fire retardant, and Koppers companies just proposed timber early in 1961 to be had Machine fire retardant guanylurea phosphate[1].
製造方法
A preparation method of guanylurea phosphate is shown below：(1) dicyandiamide is stirred with purified water；(2) it is slowly warmed up to a dicyandiamide whole dissolution filter；(3) phosphoric acid is added dropwise into the system；(4) insulation a period starts cool crystallization, centrifugation, drying and packaging. Centrifuge mother liquor recycling in production.
