Description
Photoclick myristic acid is a derivative of the saturated fatty acid myristic acid that contains a terminal clickable alkyne moiety and a photoactivatable diazirine group at carbon 10. Photoclickable long-chain saturated fatty acids have been used as probes to study protein lipidation.1
