生物活性
m-3M3FBS 是一種有效的磷脂酶C (PLC) 激活劑。m-3M3FBS 刺激人中性粒細胞產(chǎn)生超氧物，上調(diào)細胞內(nèi)鈣離子濃度，刺激多種細胞產(chǎn)生磷酸肌醇。m-3M3FBS 誘導單核細胞白血病細胞凋亡 (apoptosis)。體外研究
m-3M3FBS (5-50 μM) stimulates the formation of inositol phosphates in U937 cells.
m-3M3FBS (50 μM; 24 hours) inhibits the growth of the leukemic cell lines U937 and THP-1, but not primary monocytes.
m-3M3FBS (50 μM; 24 hours) induces U937 cell apoptosis.
