[Description] Kisspeptin-10 is a neuropeptide and corresponds to amino acids 110-119 of rodent kisspeptin-1 (KiSS1), a metastasis suppressor gene product.
[Uses] Kisspeptin-10 (mouse, rat) is a potent vasoconstrictor and inhibitor of angiogenesis. Kisspeptin-10 (mouse, rat) is a ligand for the rodent kisspeptin receptor (KISS1, GPR54). Kisspeptin-10 reduces Methotrexate-induced reproductive toxicity as a potential antioxidant compound[1].
