- 抗癌作用:沙蟾毒精是一種蟾毒內(nèi)酯類化合物,其能抑制人肝癌細胞 HepG2的黏附、遷移和侵襲,其機制可能與抑制MMP2和MMP9的表達有關(guān)。此類化合物具有明顯的抗腫瘤作用,可以誘導(dǎo)多種腫瘤細胞凋亡,抑制腫瘤細胞增殖,促進腫瘤細胞分化,耐藥逆轉(zhuǎn),增強免疫等。同時有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),蟾毒內(nèi)酯類化合物可以抑制血管生成。
- 抑制血管生成的作用:沙蟾毒精可通過損傷線粒體,使 Cyt c 釋放,進而激活 Caspase,切割PARP,誘導(dǎo) HUVECs 凋亡。誘導(dǎo)血管內(nèi)皮細胞周期阻滯及凋亡可能是沙蟾毒精抑制血管生成的重要機制。
