Hazard Information | Back Directory | [Description]
N-(NHS-PEG3)-N-bis(PEG3-azide) is a branched PEG active ester with two azide groups and a terminal NHS ester. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. Azide groups enable PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The PEG spacer allows for enhanced hydrophilic properties. |
