1,2-DIETHYL- HYDRAZINE is a chemical base and a reducing agent. Neutralizes acids in exothermic reactions to form salts plus water. Incompatible with isocyanates, halogenated organics, peroxides, phenols (acidic), epoxides, anhydrides, and acid halides.
