Hazard Information | Back Directory | [Description]
The poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs) are enzymes with roles in DNA repair, apoptosis, inflammation, and other cellular events, particularly in response to reactive oxygen and nitrogen species.1,2 ME0328 is an inhibitor of PARP3 (IC50 = 0.89 μM), which is a regulator of DNA repair and mitotic progression.3 It displays selectivity for PARP3 over 12 other PARP family members. ME0328 is cell permeable and elicits PARP3-specific effects at submicromolar concentrations.3 | [Uses]
ME0328 is a potent poly ADP ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor with selectivity towards the human ADP-Ribosyltransferase ARTD3/PARP3. | [References]
