H-0106 Dihydrochloride is a Rho-associated coiled coil-formed protein kinase (ROCK) inhibitor that acts by exerting strong intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering effects into the eyes of monkeys. | [Uses]
H-0106 dihydrochloride is a ROCK inhibitor with potent intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering activity. H-0106 dihydrochloride can effectively inhibit ROCK enzyme. H-0106 dihydrochloride demonstrated significant IOP-lowering effects in monkey eyes. Studies with H-0106 dihydrochloride suggest that there may not be a direct relationship between ROCK inhibition and IOP reduction[1]. | [References]
